We want you to love your hair as much as your new Tangle Teezer, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your Tangle Teezer products in their original boxes to ensure they arrive at our warehouse in resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
